RETURNS

All returns, exchanges and claims must be made within 5 days from the date of invoice, and merchandise must be returned in its original packaging (dozens only)

- Returns, exchanges and claims made after the 10th day from the invoice date will be subject to the following penalties:

- Returned after 5 days: 15% restocking fee

- Returned after 20 days: 30% restocking fee

- Returned after 40 days: 50% restocking fee

- No returns accepted after THREE MONTHS

- No returns will be accepted without an authorization number

- No returns or exchanges are accepted on promotional items

- Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 10.0% per month

- In case collection is needed, all costs and attorney fees will be added
